The service department controls the service and inspection contracts as well as responding to the inevitable breakdown. These contracts may range from a client with one piece of lifting equipment to a client with over a hundred pieces of lifting equipment. All service engineers are apprentices trained and experienced before being sent into the field. Training for all service engineers is conducted on an on-going basis in order to keep the engineer in touch with current Health and Safety Legislations and up to date with new technology.
